I work in the restaurant industry as a line cook. I've worked at Breakers Brewery and Smokey Bones, which are located in Wilkes Barre, PA. My skills would be I'm a fast learner, I will work my butt off to get the job done, and most importantly I try to take lead wherever I am.
I'm currently trying to broaden my skills, by working in different fields. I would like to own my own café in the future; I'm hoping to work in as many businesses as I can, to learn the outs and ends of a successful business.
I have prior experience in cashiering, the customer service industry. As a line cook, I prep whatever is needed, I have experience working with fryers, meat slicers, pizza ovens. I have experience making pizzas, paninis, and appetizers, salads, wings, etc.
Once I receive my GED, I plan to pursue a degree in business management.
