 Responsible for delivering and selling a full range of branch banking services to individuals, businesses and municipalities.

 Accountable for management of the branch, coordinating the internal sales and service activities, overseeing the interface with various VNB departments.

 Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests relate to existing accounts in a timely and professional manner to satisfactory.

 Oversee the operation of the branch office, which is directed by the Branch

Service Manager for all operational duties and responsible for operation of the branch when Branch Service Manager is absent.

 Contribute to branch growth and exceeding quarterly goals set by manager.

 Assisting Operations manager with daily, quarterly, yearly operations/audits and retention of existing files by completing them before deadline.

 Adhere to strict opening and closing procedures to protect both employees and assets of the bank.

 Process teller truncations and balance Automated Machines, Teller Cash

Recycler.

 Ensure customer satisfaction with patience, open-minded and positive attitude.
