Hello. My name is Katrice, I am a 54 year old female living in McDonough, GA. I have offered my driver services with various rideshare companies such as Uber and Lyft. I have also provided door to door deliveries for Instacart, Uber Eats and Door Dash for over 3 years now. I provide these services as a second job. I am now interested in providing my exceptional customer service and delivery skills to a company that will allow me to become a courier full time.
I now work for a company called Burlington Coat Factory. I work as a backhouse merchandise processor. Basically, I prepare the merchandise for the sales floor. Once the merchandise is processed, I take it to the sales floor to the areas that they are assigned.
In addition to my work at Burlington, I deliver food, personal items, medication, etc. to customers in my surrounding areas as a Dasher with Door Dash.
Prior to my work at Burlington, I worked as a Driver with rideshare companies such as Uber/Lyft.
I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative for Shiftsmart. In this role, I made up to 500 calls per week doing various surveys for companies. Shiftsmart provides a variety of services for companies. In addition to my surveys, I scheduled customers for visits to Topgolf.
I do have my diploma, which was received in 1990. I attended Saint Leo University and obtained an Associates Degree in Clinical Psychology in 2014
