I began my journey at Dirty Dick's Crab House in 2013 as a hostess, quickly discovering a passion for hospitality and guest experience. I advanced to Retail Manager, where I oversaw daily operations and merchandising for the store, and later stepped into the role of Front of House Manager, leading service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
