Kaylee Menard

Hi, my name is Kaylee. I am 25 years old. I am young, eager to work and enjoy learning hands on. I have been a manager in the cannabis industry for the last 5 years. Currently I am looking for a fresh start out of that industry. I have my own vehicle for reliable transportation, and can supply any documentation or tests needed to start my employment. For the last 5 years I have been a retail inventory manager at a cannabis dispensary. As much as I enjoyed the line of work I was doing I personally just would rather do it for something other than cannabis. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to my job.

I enjoy having everything neat and organized in a multi functional manner. I was in charge of all the inventory going in and out of the store. I kept track of all necessary documents and kept an organized filing system.

I also was in charge of other inventory employees who were there to help make sure products were ready to hit the sales floor. I am super reliable when it comes to being a manger but also a team player. I prefer to have everyone on the same page and communication is one of my top priorities.

Although most people see my age on paper and assume I’m too young to be a manager, I can only say that my maturity can only speak for itself and my ability to converse with anyone is impeccable. I have had numerous times where I would deal with rowdy customers or arguments amongst staff. I was always the first one to de-escalade the situations and create peace.

I am a firm believer that age doesn’t play a role in my work ethic I just love to work and I love people.

I have a high school diploma and all other certifications are through the cannabis control commission
