Greetings! I am Kaytlin, a committed UX/UI Designer and Researcher with a focus on developing impactful solutions that enhance the user experience. With a professional background in applied behavior analysis and special education, I consistently uphold accessibility standards and prioritize overall usability across diverse user interfaces.

Prior to my immersion in UX/UI design, I dedicated myself to researching and teaching pivotal communication and adaptive skills to individuals on the autism spectrum, with the aim of enhancing their overall quality of life and well-being. Upon discovering UX/UI design, I recognized its resonance with my skill set and personality. Through dedicated learning and skill-building endeavors, I have broadened and refined my expertise, enabling me to create exceptional products that resonate with users.

I am a UX/UI Designer with experience in collaborating with startups in the e-commerce sector, redesigning review-centric web app platforms, and designing additional features for existing mobile applications. Drawing upon my five-year background in behavioral health and behavior analysis, I integrate user-centric principles into the development process, resulting in accessible and user-friendly products. This is achieved through an extensive foundation of user research, ensuring alignment with the client's vision while upholding UX design best practices.

I also bring 5 years of expertise in research from my behavior analysis background which has instilled in me the importance of adhering to best practices, a critical factor in achieving the best design outcomes.

I have 4 years of experience in UX/UI Design and Research with the last year completely focused on digital products.
