• Communicating with counsel in EMEA countries to ensure that all work done in those countries complies with local laws;

• Preparing and filing documents including Patent and Trademark Applications, Office Action Responses, Maintenance Fees, Statements of Use, and Information Disclosure Statements with the United States Patent and Trademark Office;
• Maintaining Intellectual Property portfolios for clients holding hundreds of domestic and foreign Patents and Trademarks;
• Contacting clients to ensure that they are aware of approaching deadlines, and obtaining instruction from them regarding said deadlines;
• Ensuring many domestic and foreign deadlines are attended to by researching foreign intellectual property laws and communicating with foreign counsel; and
• Paying annuities for all domestic and foreign patents handled by the firm.

• Conducting and dictating interviews with potential clients seeking Protective Orders or Civil Stalking Injunctions;
• Relaying important information from interview to supervising attorney; 
• Preparing documents such as Requests for Protective Orders, Temporary Protective Orders, Protective Orders and Civil Stalking Injunctions; 
• Arranging for the service of documents to opposing parties through the Salt Lake County Sherriff’s Department; and
• Assisting in Court during client hearings.

• Completing customer transactions including withdrawals, deposits and loan payments;

• Closely reviewing all transactions for any suspicious activity such as check kiting, fraud or counterfeit bills; and
