Hello, my name is Kelly Godbee a customer service specialist with years of experience in the customer service industry. I'm particularly drawn to being able to speak with a customer/client & turn that persons day completely around for the better. I'm confident that my experience will help me to be successful.
I have been working from home since the Pandemic. I have helped numerous people through out that time. I've worked Ohio PUA Unemployment where I helped to acquire unemployment funds. Gave them contact numbers & information on where to receive help within their area. Very challenging position. I have been in the customer service industry for most of my life. I was a restaurant server & learned how to be a customer service agent in call centers.
