- Sole designer on an AI recommendation feature for a B2B enterprise platform. Designed insight-driven workflows with progressive disclosure (model attribution, confidence scores, projections, rollbacks) to make complex analytics legible and trustworthy at the point of human decision-making. Shipped to alpha, now in beta with <0.1% rollback over six months.
- Lead designer on a campaign simulation and forecasting tool. Designed a 3-column canvas (Signals, Plan, Outcome) that translates rich data into a workflow users can manipulate, compare, and defend to stakeholders. Navigated complex logic and requirements spanning multiple stakeholders. Going to alpha and Cannes Lions Tech Festival demo June 2026.
- Co-designed a proactive AI interaction pattern with pod lead that surfaces contextual automation for human review rather than taking automated actions. Defined when the system should act, when it should recommend, and when it should wait. Adopted into company design system Q2 2026.
- Own and maintain the Figma-based design system, including component libraries, documentation, and scaling patterns for status tracking, review flows, and data confidence indicators. Serve as the internal escalation path for design system gaps across the product suite.
- Improved consistency across four legacy coexisting design systems inherited through acquisitions. Conducted user research, observed sessions, and shaped the Data Health Hub conceptual direction through insight-driven iteration.
- Integrate AI into design practice daily, building working prototypes in Claude and Cursor to validate new directions with stakeholders and accelerate the design process from exploration through production.
- Mentored two design interns on independent projects, adapting support from hands-on guidance to structured weekly check-ins based on each intern's skill level.
