Kellyn Allavie

I am a passionate educator who loves informal learning, program development, and bringing communities together. With a background in teaching and customer service, I have experience making learning engaging, accessible, and meaningful for a wide range of audiences. I am excited to take my classroom experience and transition into the world of museums and nonprofits, where I can combine my organizational skills with my enthusiasm for lifelong learning.

I have experience in program coordination, public outreach, and team leadership, and I thrive in roles that allow me to be creative, work with others, and develop meaningful learning experiences. I am looking for opportunities where I can collaborate with others, create impactful learning experiences, and contribute to a meaningful mission.

I have worked as a classroom teacher as well as an educator in informal spaces, such as summer camps, aquariums, and museums. I love sharing my passions and assisting others in supportive roles. I have experience with coordinating and organizing programs, as well as communicating effectively with diverse audiences. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy creating engaging, accessible learning experiences that inspire curiosity and connection.

I hold a Master's in Education, a multiple-subject teaching credential, and a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in instructional design, curriculum development, and educational leadership.
