I have been working in Marketing, Web Design and Online Marketing industry for 15+ years, with the majority of my career focused on Ecommerce, Digital marketing and Web development. Overseeing all aspects of the company's internet and ecommerce initiatives including sales, merchandising, online marketing, Email marketing and website development inclusive of IT and user experience. Also guided multichannel (buy online, gift registry, Social Networking, wireless, Emailing’s, etc.) Work with third parties to develop strategies and build relationships to grow the business.
Proposed budgeting and ROI. I ensure the entire customer experience, from browsing to buying, is as seamless and as informative as possible. Manage all p&l items along with department budgeting and annual revenue forecasting.
Use of Core metrics data in order to increase conversion rates and revenue. Plan marketing and branding objectives, expanding product solutions and offerings, analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Gather and analyze customer insight, deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization, take calculated risks based on data-driven research and analysis. Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as an innovator and leader.
