Hello,
My name is Kenneth Turner. I am the Lead Maintenance Manager for Mc. Donald's and the lead camera man for Darrell Patrick's Worldly Eats Adventures and currently studying for my 120-hr TEFL Cert. I was pursuing a career in Web Design at the University of Phoenix and learned that was not for me. This cover letter will explain where my passion lies and can be used to evaluate my candidacy.
I have spent many years working at fast food Industries. I have taught people the correct way to repair maintenance equipment by the company standards, how to prepare certain dishes at said industries and proper cleaning etiquettes. I have also taught regarding camera and video editing.
As the lead camera man for Darrell Patrick's Worldly Eats Adventures on youtube, I lead a group of 2 Camera people. Teaching how to properly configure a professional class camera, proper ways to hold and angle the camera for professional shots, and the multitude of functions within a cinema style camera.
Although I am happy at my current position, I would like to make a difference in life, preferably in the lives of the youth. I believe teaching is my biggest passion and would like to pursue a career in teaching. I am very fond of new places, cultures and would like the opportunity to prove that you have made one of the best choices and that I have found a career that changes the lives of many.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, such as fryers, ovens, and grills. This includes inspecting equipment regularly for wear and tear, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and replacing parts as needed. Repair and replace equipment as needed.
This includes troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, as well as installing new equipment. Keep the restaurant clean and sanitary. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, equipment, and food contact areas.
Perform minor electrical and plumbing work. This includes fixing light fixtures, repairing leaky faucets, and replacing fuses. Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. This includes keeping track of the quantity and condition of cleaning supplies, and ordering new supplies as needed.
Complete other maintenance-related tasks as assigned. This may include tasks such as painting, replacing signage, and landscaping.
