I graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Academy in Portland Oregon in 2001. I was selected along with one other student to go to the Academy in Paris France to study for three months which was equivalent to the entire year at the one in Oregon.
I have been in the food industry for twenty four years. I have worked in many of the top restaurants in the Sacramento area. It's like that saying, (when you love what you do, it doesn't feel like work).
