Kevin Ratzsch

I’ve spent most of my career building relationships, developing people, and creating environments where teams can succeed. As a former collegiate All-American and professional basketball player, I learned early the value of discipline, preparation, and working toward something bigger than yourself. After my playing career, I carried those lessons into coaching, teaching, and eventually founding a youth basketball organization that now operates multiple training facilities and programs.

I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping organizations grow through strong relationships and consistent execution. Whether I’m leading a program, teaching students, or coordinating events across multiple states, I take pride in being dependable, organized, and someone others can trust to get the job done.

At the end of the day, I’m passionate about leadership, teamwork, and making a positive impact in the communities I’m part of.

I’m a former collegiate All-American and professional basketball player who transitioned into coaching, teaching, and entrepreneurship. Over the past decade, I’ve focused on building programs, developing people, and creating opportunities through sports and leadership. I founded and currently lead a youth basketball organization that operates training programs and facilities while serving families across multiple states.

My professional experience also includes teaching, coaching at the collegiate and high school levels, and serving as an Area Representative for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where I worked with coaches, athletes, and community leaders to build leadership and character through sports. Across every role, I’ve focused on relationship-building, strong communication, and creating environments where people and organizations can grow.
