• Completed a structured, one-on-one QA training program (240 hours) under Eng. George Ghawali, covering the full software testing lifecycle across 4 full-scale training applications (civil registry, dental booking, shipping tracking, hotel booking systems)
• Built manual and automated test suites using Playwright (JavaScript), Playwright + Pytest (Python), and Robot Framework — applying Page Object Model and keyword-driven design patterns across all three tools
• Performed manual UI/API testing with Postman, validating business rules, edge cases, and input validation at the API layer independent of the UI
• Conducted API load and performance testing with Apache JMeter across 5 core endpoints, analyzing latency, throughput, and percentile-based response times
• Managed the complete bug lifecycle in Jira (New → Assigned → Fixed → Retest → Closed) with clear, reproducible bug reports
• Used Git/GitHub and Linux/Bash scripting for version control, environment setup, and structured project documentation
