• Spearheaded design of numerous high-stakes custom projects, ideating and executing novel designs for enterprise clients. 
• Led design of performance light core variant. Took a user-driven approach by interviewing factory workers and addressing their needs without compromising launch deadlines or exceeding budget. Changes I enacted received accolades from manufacturing teams for streamlining production.
