Responsibilities

• Supervise the architectural drafters' work, and ensure that the drawings are approved by the building department.

•Prepare and present full project detailed design proposals to clients, this includes:

• General Construction plans (GC)
• Plumbing plans (PL)
• Mechanical plans (MS)
• Demolition plans (DM)
• Site Safety plans (SSP)
• Builders Pavement plans (BPP)
• Street tree plans (ST)
• Fence plans (FN)

•Prepare 3D images & diagrams visualizations.

•Help clients with project planning to optimize profitability.

•Manage projects to ensure client deadlines were met.
