I was a body shop customer service representative for a total of 3 years. I also ran an in-home daycare for 7 years. For five years I had worked in a grocery store working in almost every department.

Multi-line phone, email correspondence, communications with insurance companies, greeting and helping customers, keeping office clean and organized, working with other employees on scheduling, scheduling work, many office duties.

Some college for administrative addistant
