I have served in the food and service industry for 12 years, and have danced for 18 years in classical ballet. I have trained with three professional ballet companies: Ballet Magnificat! in Jackson, MS for two years, Paradosi Ballet Company in Tacoma, WA for two years, and Instruments Ballet Company in Oregon City, OR for two years. I also worked in India for a year under Ballet Magnificat, where I was able to teach ballet to 6–18 year olds and work full time at a girls' home.
Not only do I serve for The Cheesecake Factory, but I also work in their office to reconcile invoices and complete the daily balancing. Recently, I moved to Portland, OR to continue my education at Multnomah University by studying business while continuing to work for the Cheesecake Factory.
