I live in Medford, MA which is very near over the north of Boston. I've worked in Customer Service.
My recent work experience has been mostly in call centers. I've done fundraising calls at Integral Resources, Inc. between 2016-2019. Between 2019 and 2021, I've worked as a customer service/technical support representative in a call center at SimpliSafe. After SimpliSafe, I've worked some temporary gigs while I go after my next full-time job.
I graduated from Medford High School in 1999. After that, I completed a 5-year Bachelor's of Science degree majoring in computer science at Northeastern University which I graduated in 2006.
