I’m the founder and owner of Handy Girlz, a Phoenix-area property services company specializing in vacation rental operations and turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and detailed residential services.
Handy Girlz goes beyond basic cleaning. We help owners, hosts, investors, and contractors keep properties guest-ready, move-in ready, and presentation-ready. Our vacation rental services can include turnovers, property inspections, restocking, staging and resets, damage reporting, vendor coordination, and the details that help keep a short-term rental running smoothly.
I built Handy Girlz around reliability, attention to detail, strong communication, and taking ownership of the job. Whether preparing a vacation rental for the next guest, turning over a property after a move, or getting a newly constructed home ready for its owner, the goal is simple: leave the property ready for what comes next.
Serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Cave Creek, and surrounding Arizona communities.
