Credentialing Lead & Credentialing Specialist II
Create, gather, and maintain licensing and credentials records, along with expiration dates and renewal dates based on hospital/facility strict deadline requirements.
Ensure the facility and candidates are maintaining compliance with regulatory and accrediting institutions.
Back up for Credentialing Team if Manager is not in the office.
Communicate with Management, Team, Compliance, Staffers, Recruiters, Facility contacts and Clients.
Verify employment, education (3rd party vendor if needed), and primary source verifications (e.g board certifications).
Pre-audit candidates’ profiles and/or compile candidate packets for client submissions for clearance to work.
