Kristen Morrison

I am currently finishing up my master's degree in clinical exercise physiology at East Stroudsburg University. I have a passion for exercise and want to use it in order to help others improve their health. I graduated with my B.S. in exercise science from Temple University in 2021.

I also have personal training experience, where I trained people with chronic conditions including cardiovascular disease, autism, and M.S. I have experience with phase I, phase II, phase III, and stress testing. I also am able to interpret 12 lead EKGs and monitor hemodynamic responses to exercise.

I enjoy interacting with all types of patients and my goal is for the patients to leave feeling better physically and mentally.
