Walt Disney World Resort Activities Coordinator/Trainer/Host, Grand Floridian, Polynesian, and Contemporary Resorts June 2019 to January 2023 

• Partnered with resort operation leadership to plan and coordinate logistics for several large events such as Christmas, Halloween, and New Years parties for hotel guests. Hosted various resort offerings such as trivia, arts & crafts, campfires, outdoor movies, and dance parties. Introduced and implemented new poolside games and resort activities.
• Arranged event services, determined cost, budgeted expenses, scheduled staffing. 
• Trained and managed a team of 20+ cast-members using the Disney 5 Keys (Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, Efficiency) and company Guest Service Principals.
• Firework cruise private tours (February 2020 - present) Drove tours for up to 10 guests at a time around Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon in a pontoon boat nightly to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Florida boaters license and safety critical job training.

• Partnered with clients to plan facility events such as corporate holiday gatherings and children's birthday parties.
• Created, developed, and strategized events. Generated contracts, processed payments, and confirmed sales. 
• Solicited corporate, school, and social events by phone and email. Implemented business/marketing plans and budgets.
