L. Gray Halliburton III

I am a hardworking, self-motivated individual seeking full-time employment as a Maintenance Supervisor/Technician. I have thirteen years of experience in the multifamily, student, and senior housing fields, as well as medical commercial maintenance during which time I have earned my Fair Housing Certification, EPA Type 1&2 HVAC Certification, and CPO Certification. I have worked on my current property for 7 years during which time I have overseen the training of several new techs of various levels of experience including training my own assistant with no experience in the field to a competent technician.

I also oversaw the opening of a new phase on our property and continue to work through issues that arise in the new construction. Previously I was primarily responsible for inspection and repair of life safety systems at the NHC Nursing home in Bristol VA. Prior to that I worked in Student housing in Blacksburg VA for Chase Management Group (CMG).

Part of my responsibilities working for CMG was gutting and replacing everything in every apartment as we worked to convert one of their properties from Section 8 to student housing. I have also worked in new construction properties dealing with warranties and contractors. Furthermore I have experience as a landscaper and farm laborer.
