I am a college graduate with a several years experience in hospitality and many years experience in providing excellent customer service. I moved to the area a few years ago and got my feet wet with Sedona hospitality as concierge at Enchantment Resort while I got familiar with the area before moving onto a management role. I have spent the last 8 months as Rooms Division Manager at The Wilde Resort & Spa. I feel I excel at providing a high level of guest service and am seeking a position to that is more “guest facing” vs behind the scenes. My strong leadership skills give me the ability to work well as part of a team but also independently. I have the skill set, knowledge, and professional demeanor to be the next Guest Experience Manager at your company.
