Based on my research as a Financial professional, I will work with various tasks that help ensure smooth financial operations. I help with data analysis, create reports, and support needs to assist the team in tracking and managing budgets. I also analyze financial statements, conduct research on market trends, and help with financial planning projects. My goal is to learn the ins and outs of financial management while contributing to the team’s efforts and gaining hands-on experience in the finance field.

Over the past few years, I've gained hands-on experience in fast-paced customer service environments, working as a waiter, barista, and cashier at LimeNBasil and Teazona in Fresno. These roles taught me how to handle pressure with a calm attitude, multitask efficiently, and always put the customer experience first.

I take pride in being dependable, organized, and always ready to take on more responsibility to support my team. Whether it was memorizing menus, managing payments, or creating a welcoming atmosphere, I always focused on making every customer interaction a positive one. Being bilingual in Vietnamese and English also helped me connect with a broader range of customers.

I studied Finance at Clovis Community College in Clovis, CA, where I built a strong foundation in financial principles and business concepts. This education supports my interest in business operations and has helped me better understand money management, both personally and professionally.
