I have a strong background in technology and an insatiable desire to learn. I recently earned the Google IT Support Professional Certification and am currently pursuing my COMPTIA A+ Certification. I am driven, self-taught, and independent, and I am able to hit the ground running with little external training.

I have several years of experience working with the Microsoft Suites of Word and Excel. Over the last 6 years, I have worked Data Entry and Analysis at Amazon while running my own events company. I am an approachable, laid back human who is excited to assist others; underneath my calm and friendly exterior is a goal-driven and hard worker.
