Specialist, Leadership Development The Leadership Development Specialist responsibilities include facilitation and overall coordination of Envoy’s managers development program. This includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of training for existing and future Lead Agent, Supervisor and crew chief candidates to ensure proficiency in all station operations and other airport procedures as well as competency in basic front-line leadership practices. Additionally, in charge of registration, class creation, profile management, record-keeping, auditing and reporting of compliance with Lead Agent qualification requirements utilizing the OLC and other applications.
Furthermore in charge of training delivery, including facilitating training conducted by other department members for new General Managers.
