Since beginning college in 2019, I've been determined to address climate change as effectively as I can, which has led me to study a wide range of topics, and both interning and now working full time for clean tech startups. In addition to pursuing an engineering career, I've been especially interested in how and why people communicate, learn, and discuss new ideas, especially larger societal ones such as climate change. This has led into a startup idea that I'm currently pursuing.
I've worked for three clean-tech related companies. The first was as on the operations team of Greentown Labs, a cleantech incubator in the greater Boston area. I then worked as a mechanical engineering intern for one of the startups within Greentown Labs, Transaera, which is developing more energy efficient air conditioners.
I then worked six months for Form Energy, a grid storage battery startup as mechanical engineer intern. After graduating, I began working for Boston Metal, a clean tech startup making steel without carbon emissions, in January 2024.
Beyond my engineering career, I am currently pursuing a startup idea. I am currently diving deep into customer and market research. As such, I'm not ready yet for investors, but I do want to talk and gather feedback from as many people as will listen.
I graduated from Northeastern University in 2023 with a B.S. in mechanical engineering.
