With over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, I am a passionate and driven senior transaction manager at Colony Hills Capital, a private equity firm that specializes in acquiring and managing multifamily properties across the US. I have a CT real estate salesperson license and a certification in OSHA 10-hour safety training. My core competencies include transaction and due dilgence management, property management, project management, lease and contract negotiation.
I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity of finding, acquiring, and enhancing value-add multifamily assets that deliver superior returns to our investors and partners. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with various property types, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders in different markets and regions.
As a senior transaction manager, I facilitate and coordinate buyer and seller transactions for Class A through Class C+ multifamily projects from contract to close. I handle the compilation and discernment of due diligence deliverables for asset acquisitions ranging between $60M and $115M. I also coordinate and administrate exterior property improvement evaluation and unit walks, lease audits, and commission third-party consultants for appraisal, Phase I, and PCR.
I collaborate with the asset management team to develop and implement capital improvement plans for value-add initiatives. I acquire, manage, and disseminate deliverables via multiple databases for lenders, equity partners, buyers, and internal team. I monitor property performance for delinquency, work orders, and evictions, among other metrics.
I spearhead closing meetings, manage critical dates timeline, and ensure all parties are informed and satisfied throughout the transaction process.
