I have approximately 3 years experience in the SNF setting. I am certified in AmpCare and am finishing my certification in MBSS. I am interested in learning FEES and have taken 1.5 CEUs towards that goal. I would love to become board certified in swallowing.

I have 20 years experience as a medical transcriptionist, 2 years as an LVN, and almost 3 years as a speech therapist working in the SNF setting working with stroke patients, Alzheimer’s, ALS, etc.

Master’s degree in communication disorders from Abilene Christian University with a 3.94 cumulative GPA. Bachelor’s degree in communication disorders from Northern Arizona Universit.
