I am a well seasoned hospitality professional with 10 years of food and beverage management experience and over 20 in hospitality. I have led the development and operations of many celebrated restaurants including a boutique hotel. I have successfully developed and operated fine dining and fast casual multi-unit concepts in Portland and The Gorge.
As a leader, I am motivated to continually improve my team and my guests’ experiences in both service, product and the company's culture. My career in the hospitality business has been driven by a passion to consistently learn and improve operations, by staying focused on hospitality and identifying solid business trends.
