I am a proven leader in the Hospitality Industry with over 20 years of experience. I have been a part of opening 8 businesses, including one of my own. I have a depth of knowledge in retail operations, training, SOP Development, recipe development, market curation, menu development, design & layout, and meeting financial goals.
My experience translates to many businesses as I have worked in and with restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, breweries, bakeries, hotels, sandwich shops, donut shops, specialty markets, and bakeries.
Having over 20 years of Hospitality Industry experience has given me the opportunity to work in and run businesses in New Orleans, Portland, Chicago, and NYC, among others. I have operated small locally owned businesses and multi unit boutique national chain businesses as well. I know how to set up a businesses from ideation and buildout through hiring and training and into the ongoing growth and management of a functioning, successful operation.
I have been the Head Chef, the Area Manager, the Consultant, the Lead Trainer, and most jobs in between. My experience in the industry and in different cities across the country has given me a wealth of experience that has yielded knowledge that is wide and deep in many areas. I have a consistent track record of successful businesses, notable financial gains, and staff retention and promotion.
I have a Bachelors of Arts in Culinary Arts with a focus in Business Management from the New England Culinary Institute
