Layne Geswein

I am a motivated student studying marketing and sports leadership and management in my third year at Miami University's Farmer School of Business.

I've had the honor to join organizations and take courses at Miami that are furthering my passion for marketing and business. I'm the social media director of Miami Business Enterprises, where I oversee all of our organization's social media accounts and lead committee meetings. I also work alongside a team with the manager of Bagel and Deli to help develop their marketing strategy.

In my first year at Miami, I completed the first-year integrated core (FYIC) program, and I took courses targeting the fundamentals of business. I learned coding, business communications, entrepreneurship, and business ethics which prepared me for the Client Challenge with Key Bank at the end of the semester. My team worked to develop a solution to attract and keep a younger audience at KeyBank.
