Born and raised in a small town in Michigan, I always had a passion for Fashion. Growing up as a competitive dancer I fell in love with fashion and design. I studied Fashion Merchandising and Business Administration at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Currently I work at a family owned business in Birmingham, Michigan, Caruso Caruso. Here I focus mainly on customer satisfaction. I have daily sales goals of $200 an hour which I am proud to say I meet daily. Through my job and college years I have learned what it takes to satisfy customers and how to promote products. I have maintained marketing skills and customer service skills as well as computer skills like Excel. I am someone who loves to work with a team and collaborate with others.
I have worked in the service industry since I started working at 16 years old. From restaurants to retail, I have mastered customer service skills. I currently work at a family owned business in Birmingham, Michigan, Caruso Caruso. I am going on my third year at this business. I am considered a sales specialist at this job and I am expected to sell $200 per hour. I am proud to say I exceed that daily. I make sure to check my numbers weekly to compare what I did the year before to the current year. Although numbers are important, customer relationships mean more at this job. I make sure I am there for each customer when they are looking for something. I take note of what my customers need and I make sure to reach out if we receive that item or something similar. Through my jobs in the service and retail industry I have learned how to satisfy customers, business loyalty, the value of working on a team, leadership skills, creative skills, and computer skills.
I majored in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration at Wayne State University.
