I am passionate about the systemic impact leadership and operational processes make on the employee and consumer experience. I am creative and enjoy developing organizational practices that drive the company culture. Utilizing the data-driven strategies, I am able to develop plans for ongoing organizational and operational improvements. The end goal is always focused on improving outcomes and creating experiences that make a lasting impact.

I have been working in the field of Behavioral Healthcare, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, for over two decades. I specialize in leadership, quality improvement and organizational development. I am pa about how people, practices and processes can drive a company culture.

I have my BA in Human Development with a concentration in Social Change and an MS in Applied Psychology with a concentration win Consumer and Organizational Psychology.
