I have been working in the field of Behavioral Healthcare, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, for over two decades. I specialize in leadership, quality improvement and organizational development. I am pa about how people, practices and processes can drive a company culture.
I have my BA in Human Development with a concentration in Social Change and an MS in Applied Psychology with a concentration win Consumer and Organizational Psychology.
