I have been in Collections/Customer Service for the last 10+ years.
I'm most passionate about helping people with financial struggles with dignity and respect.
For the last 10+ years I have worked at the same place mastering skills in Customer Service, Collections, Forbearance and Escaltions.
The way I would hope others see me as Friendly, compassionate, dedicated, invested, hardworking and generall a good human, who respects individuals as they are and meet them at that point. Also I would like to be thought of as a lover of animals.
