As a Graduate Research Assistant at George Mason University, I conducted extensive research to support CHW financing models and presented my findings at a national conference. In my role as Clinic Manager and Certified Community Health Worker at the Prince William Health District, I led strategic planning, managed mobile health units and vaccine clinics, and developed data tracking systems to optimize community engagement.

Additionally, I gained experience as a Craft Beverage Specialist at True Food Kitchen, enhancing guest experiences through specialized craft beverages. My earlier roles include Office Services Specialist and Intern at Chesapeake Health Department, where I handled patient information, conducted research, and engaged in community outreach.
