I am currently a mentor / district manager for Hot Dog on a stick / Fat Brands INC. I have been working with them for over 15 years and have grown tremendously within the company. I have worked with both franchise and corporate locations to achieve operational success by developing leaders , monitoring sales and labor budgets and up keeping company moral.

One of my best attributes and contributions to the company is my dedication to finding and working with great leaders who eventually build themselves up in operational, success, and growth. I enjoy developing great relationships with the people I work with day in and day out. working well in a team environment to develop strategies to continue to grow as a business.

My professional experience has been expectational. I have been able to work with a vast group of individuals. I worked endlessly with the operations team to come up with strategies and marketing tactics to help achieve operational success across all locations. I have been given the opportunity to be able to travel to different locations outside of state to help give support and to develop leaders in other areas.

I attended Los Angeles Trade tech and revived an AA in communications.
