● Credit review Conventional, FHA, USDA and VA loans
● Verify loan documents in file (Income, Credit Report, Assets, Appraisal, Title, etc.)
● Conduct a sufficient investigative work detail and resolve any fraudulent issues that have subsequently indentified
● Maintain strict compliance with government and state laws
● Accurately record data and compile a review of the circumstances and applicable conclusions
● Perform timely reviews of conditions submitted, as well as loan resubmissions
● Analyze external and internal payoffs and subordinations on existing mortgages, clear title and vesting matters for closing
