I currently work for Pearson Education as an Academic Advisor for graduate students at Maryville University. This position is a customer-facing position, where I get the opportunity to interact with my students daily to assess their needs and determine solutions. All previous positions I have held were customer-facing in one way or another. I have also had the opportunity to create events, in person and remotely, to ensure customer and employee satisfaction and loyalty. I love working directly with people and believe that it takes great teamwork and determination to create a positive experience for all.
