My name is Lily Bryson and I am a 2025 graduate at the University of Arizona, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sport Management. I am working as a Behavioral Technician for Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP) in San Luis Obispo, CA and continuing coaching gymnastics at Legacy Training Center in San Luis Obispo, CA. In this next year, I will be applying to graduate school to pursue a Masters degree in Sport and Performance Psychology.
I am eager to take this gap year to gain new skills, professional opportunities, and prepare myself for the next step in my career!

Administer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and complete data collection to track progress of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Develop individualized behavior plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder utilizing principles of ABA.
