Seasonal worker, resorts, sauté cook

I’ve lived in Tahoe for almost two years now. In winters I work mainly in the ski resort industries, in summer I’ve mainly worked re and at marinas. I have a passion with cooking as it is something I might want to pursue as a career.
I’ve worked as a sauté cook at cold water brewery last fall. I was in charge of prepping my own station as well as preparing all sauté dishes for guest. I learned all stations within the line. For a period of time we had no chef or sous chef and I was put in the position of helping and Taking care of multiple stations at a time, as well as training new hires.
I graduated from independence High school in 2020.
I have taken a year of general Ed courses at ltcc and am currently taking a break tell I better know a major to go after.
