I've been in the hospitality industry for about 20 years. Hospitality is my passion and I am truly passionate about seeing guests happy and ensuring that their visit is something they would want to come back to. And to change change their day into something brighter. Sometimes a smile and kindness can make a big difference and change things from what I've learned through previous guests without even knowing.

I do own two shops located in Ohio, but it wasn't my dream and more of my partners so I came back to the hospitality industry to pursue my dreams of taking care of others.

I have an associates in Hospitality Management and would like to eventually push into management.

I have over 20 years in customer service with about 8 years being a server. Experience in POS, money transactions, problem solving skills, teamwork, and working alone.

I've been a certified trainer for Landry's, head trainer, shift leader, and assisted wherever it was needed as a team player for other departments including conducting orientation for all new hires for the property.

Associate degree in Hospitality Management from Houston Community College
