I'm a full-time freelance book designer and illustrator based in Chicago. I have a decade of experience in publishing—in various roles as a designer, illustrator, and editor.

I’m a book designer/illustrator and former editor with eight years of experience as a designer and illustrator and over a decade in publishing.

As a full-time freelancer, I design and illustrate covers and interiors for multiple clients, including trade and scholarly book publishers. Before freelancing, I worked in-house at Chicago Review Press and Rowman & Littlefield.

As a book designer and former production editor, I’m an experienced project manager who knows the importance of multitasking, clear communication, and hitting deadlines. I know book publishing inside and out and am proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as with Procreate.

I have a certificate in graphic design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2016) and a master's in publishing from the George Washington University (2011).
