I am a radiation therapist, world traveler, restauranteur, cook, gardener, and fun enthusiast :)
As a full-time Radiation Therapist, I administer prescribed radiation to site-specific areas using equipment according to established practices and standards. During my employment, I have maintained a high quality of work while establishing excellent rapport between patients and fellow colleagues. I have demonstrated cultural sensitivity and the ability to offer information clearly and concisely to a diverse set of patients.
Being bilingual in Spanish has also given me the opportunity to offer added reassurance, which has allowed me to build immediate trust and confidence with a diverse population. I am registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) and have Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) training.
I hold an associates of applied science in radiation therapy and a bachelor's in human biology from Northwestern Health Science University
