Hello! My name is Atticus Chan and I’m a recent UC Berkeley graduate. I previously worked in corporate strategy, advisory consulting, fintech, biotech, corporate finance, and public policy research.
My name is Atticus, and I’m currently a recent graduate from UC Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in Political Economy. Last Summer, I was a Group Strategy Intern at FWD, in which I was involved in the development of the insurer’s digital bancassurance strategy where I contributed by identifying the optimal frameworks to analyze the digital banking landscape.
In 2021, I was an advisory Consulting Intern at PwC involved in the development of a sustainable risk-operating model for a global insurer. I also worked as a business development intern at AQUMON, in which I was responsible for spearheading a business development opportunity with a leading commercial bank by pitching the firm’s Robo advisor offering and by managing proposal deliverables. In 2020, I was the business lead at Gense, a biotech startup that is creating a low-cost medical imaging device. I raised $100K HKD to help fund the firm's clinical trials and R&D initiatives.
In 2019, I was an Overseas Fund Acquisition Intern at Ping An Real Estate Shenzhen, where I assisted in three loan agreements to help ensure sufficient liquidity for overseas logistics and real estate projects. I was also a Research Intern at Our Hong Kong Foundation, where I conducted data analysis and projection of public and private housing supply between 1998 and 2022.
I recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy, with a concentration in Technology and Inequality.
