Involved in all aspects of multi-family rental real estate for over 25 years. Passionate about helping others become financially independent and start their own businesses. I also have Masters in Education and over 7 years of experience in secondary education.

I've spent over 25 years owning and managing in excess of 150 units of multi-family apartment rentals in Cincinnati, including all aspects from renovations and maintenance to advertising, leasing, financials, purchases and sales. We also own and manage agricultural properties and handle leasing with tenant farmers and hunters. Previously spent 7 years in secondary education as a Science Teacher, both in Cincinnati and with Americorps.

BA in Chemistry from Miami University and MA in Teaching from Mount Sant Joseph.
