I am a Graduate of The Culinary Institute Of America with a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration in Food Business Management. I also attained an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies, Baking and Pastry Arts. I have been working in hospitality industry for 11 years, with a great passion for this industry. I am an extremely hard worker eager to learn more and further my career.
I started off right out of college as a pastry cook for 2 years. I then had advanced on to a pastry chef in a small setting for 1 year. All this knowledge I had attained got me a Bakery Manager position for 2 years where everything really came together full circle.
